It's ridiculously cold out in most places, so you probably don't want to trek to the gym. Well, you're in luck! We've got ideas for a few easy exercises you can do at home with the help of stuff you already own. Here's the most recent one in the series.
The workout: Tricep kickbacks
Toning target: Upper arms
Target the backs of your arms with this simple-yet-effective move.
1. Bend forward at your hips.
2. Place one hand and one knee on a bench or low table.
3. Hold a large can (like of tomatoes) in the opposite hand, with that elbow bent.
4. Keeping the elbow close to your body, straighten your arm to press the weight backwards and upwards. "Make sure that you only bend your elbow, not your shoulder," says Los Angeles fitness pro Angelique Millis.
5. Pause for a moment and slowly lower back to the original position.
6. Do 15 to 20 reps, then switch sides.
